What are your payment methods?
We have a lot of payment methods for you to choose from! We accept Paypal, credit card via paypal and Bank Transfers through BDO and BPI. If you encounter any problem with any of our payment methods, kindly reach us at highanddrymanila@gmail.com
What are your delivery methods?
We deliver anywhere in Metro Manila for only Php150.00 and anywhere in the Philippines for Php250.00. We also accept pick-ups at our main office located at Barangay Palanan, Makati City.
For deliveries overseas, just order directly with us at highanddrymanila@gmail.com. Don't worry! We will expedite your deliveries immediately.
Can we exchange or refund our orders?
Absolutely! We value our army members and we want them to enjoy our products as much as we enjoyed making them for you. If you have any concerns, you can shoot us an email at highanddrymanila@gmail.com.
I am unsure about my ponchowel size. How do I go about this?
We have our size guide to help you out with that. Our ponchowel sizes run big because it is intended to be on the "loose" side so you can change inside of your ponchowel! If you need more help, don't hesitate to contact us at @highanddryph or highanddrymanila@gmail.com.
Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, our store and operations are available online. We will definitely let the Army know of any trunk shows and collaborations to watch out for!
